Shipping and Returns
1. General Expenses
- National and Peninsular Shipments: starting from 3.95€.
- Free shipping for orders over 29.95€ including VAT.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
2. Other Purchase Features
1. Due to the current situation, shipments are made through courier service. Shipments will be processed from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:50 am. Orders after this time will be processed the next day.
2. Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other taxes, fees, tariffs, or surcharges.
3. Shipping is understood as the delivery of items to the address specified by the Customer during the ordering process, limited to the delivery zones mentioned above.
4. NERTHUSBOTTLES delivers orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 48-72 hours. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service.
3. Returns
1. Access the "Order History" section of your account.
2. Select the order from which you want to return the item.
3. Select the product or products you wish to return by checking the box next to the name.
4. Add an explanation for returning the product, so that the store team knows what happened. (Optional)
